Donations

Gently used and in-season clothing, household items and décor, furniture, and books are all items that can be donated to our Thrift Shop. Please drop off your donations in our parking lot at 198 Rantoul Street only during our donation hours* of Monday – Thursday, 9:30 am – 5:00 pm; Friday, 9:30 am – 4:00 pm; and Saturday, 10:00 am – 3:00 pm. Please do not leave donations when we are not open.

Disposal of items we cannot accept:

Massachusetts has a waste ban regulation in effect. We, unfortunately, cannot accept items that are stained, ripped, or overly worn. Please check to make sure that all items you are donating are clean and in good condition. Having to sort and dispose of items that are stained, ripped, or overly worn often takes time and money away from the important programs and services we provide to the community.

Beverly residents: click here to find where you can bring unsellable textiles. For mattress disposal information in Beverly, visit the city’s website. If you are not a Beverly resident, you can check your local government website for more information.

Please review the detailed list of the items we do and don’t accept by clicking the button below.

Thank you for donating to and shopping at the Thrift Shop, where 100% of net profits fund the important programs and services of Beverly Bootstraps.
