Monday-Friday, 8:30am - 4:00pm

Food Pantry Hours:

The Tom Gifford Food Pantry is located in our main office at 371 Cabot Street in Beverly.  Regular Pantry Hours:  Monday - Friday, 11:00am –12:30pm and Tuesday & Wednesday, 5:00 - 6:00pm.

New client registration will not longer be held during regular pantry hours.  To register, please visit Monday, Wednesday, Thursday or Friday from 9:00am-10:30am and also Wednesday afternoon from 4:00-4:30pm.  No appointment necessary.  For more information, please call Kathy or Julia at 978-927-1561, x22.

Feinstein Foundation Challenge

Beverly Bootstraps Community shopping cartServices’ Food Pantry is participating in Alan Shawn Feinstein’s 13th Annual $1 Million Giveaway to Fight Hunger challenge. In an effort to end hunger, the Feinstein Foundation, founded in 1991, will be dividing $1 million among hunger fighting agencies across America based on donations received between March 1st and April 30th.

Donations made via credit card, cash or check, and all donated pantry items can be applied towards this challenge. The more you give, the more of Feinstein’s $1 million Bootstraps will receive.   Please contact Amy at 978-927-1561 for more information.

Friday, March 12, 2010:

Boots, Straps and More is hosting Project: Prom Night from 7:30 to 9:00pm on Friday, March 12th.   New and gently used gowns, dressy dresses and accessories will be for sale at discounted prices.  Refreshments will be served as well as other surprise give-aways. 


PromDonations Needed:  New or gently used fashionable gowns, dressy dresses and accessories to sell at Project: Prom Night.   Bring the items to the store by March 9th.   All items should be in-style and in good, clean condition.   All donations are tax deductible and benefit Bootstraps Community Service Inc.  Donate and tell a friend.

Sunday, May 2, 2010:

This spring, people are Going Greek for a Good Cause…Opa!

Opa! will be a fun Greek-themed night of dinner and Greek Flagdancing at Angelica’s Restaurant in Middleton. Proceeds from the event will benefit the important work of Beverly Bootstraps Community Services. As we will celebrate Greek heritage, master of ceremonies Gary LaPierre, the "Voice of New England" for over 40 years, will entertain the crowd. Auctions and a raffle will round out the evening.

Tickets go on sale March 22 and may be purchased for $40 each.  Hope to see you there!
