AFTER-SCHOOL HOMEWORK CLUBS

Elementary
The elementary homework club provides mentoring and educational support to children in Beverly who are at risk for academic failure. Club participants get homework support and tutoring from staff, interns, volunteers and their peers. Participating students are referred to the program by their parents or school.

Club Size Club Times
10 - 15 children Mon, Wed, Thurs, 2:30pm-4:00pm (September-June)


Middle School

The middle school homework club is a safe place for Beverly middle school students to gain access to computers, get help with homework, build leadership skills and participate in enrichment activities. The students will receive assistance with homework from staff, interns and volunteers each day.

10 children Monday–Thursday, 3:00pm-5:30pm (September-June)

Supervision
Youth Coordinator and several homework tutors

Eligibility
Priority is given to families that have utilized other services offered by Beverly Bootstraps and can prove financial need.
