Our Case Management Team provides an array of support services to help individuals and families cope with complicated situations.

Our Case Managers help clients find resources and facilitate connections to services.

If you live outside of our service area, please refer to 2-1-1. This service provides free and confidential information and referrals for assistance with food, housing, employment, healthcare, counseling and more.

In FY14, our Case Managers served 1,575 individuals and 641 households.
We distributed over $102,000 in financial assistance from both Beverly Bootstraps and community funds.
