Client Support


Our Case Management Team provides an array of support services to help individuals and families cope with complicated situations. The primary goal is to stabilize families by helping them maintain their current housing and to provide support and access to clothing and goods.

Additionally, Case Managers assist clients in signing up for government benefits and create a personalized plan for each client to help them establish self-sufficiency which often includes referrals to our Food Pantry, Adult Education classes and Youth and Family programs.

We strive to assist our clients to overcome the root causes and inter-connected issues of food insecurity, financial instability and shortfalls in education and job skills.

If you live outside of our service area, please refer to 2-1-1. This service provides free and confidential information and referrals for assistance with food, housing, employment, healthcare, counseling and more.

In FY18, our Case Managers served 1,420 individuals and 587 households.
We distributed over $93,963 in financial assistance from both Beverly Bootstraps and community funds.
