Estimated Value: $4,000This painting, a 16"x20" original oil, was donated to our thrift store in January.
The $25 raffle tickets were sold at the store, at our main office on 371 Cabot Street and online.
The raffle opened on Monday, February 7 and closed on Friday, March 4, 2011.

The 20"x24" framed painting (framing generously donated by Mingo Gallery), was presented to the winner of our raffle at the 1pm drawing on Monday, March 7, 2011 at Boots, Straps and More: Bargains for a Cause, 198 Rantoul Street in Beverly.

Ken Knowles has been painting outdoors in oils for 24 years. His great success has afforded him a beautiful home and studio in the art colony of Rockport, Massachusetts, where he grew up. Mr. Knowles studied with master Cape Ann painters T.M. Nicholas, John Terelak and Stapleton Kearns. A full member of several associations, Ken has an award winning reputation at a national level. His work is part of countless private collections in both the U.S. and abroad.
