Summer Park Lunches

The Summer Food program is a collaborative effort with Beverly Public School Food Services, Beverly Recreation Department, the Department of Elementary and Secondary Education, and USDA.

Our goal is to help families with school age children in need of food assistance when school is out during the summer months. And this summer we have three ways to help:

Breakfast is available at several of the Beverly Recreation Department's morning park programs.

Breakfast and lunch are available at the Beverly High School cafeteria.

Weekly food is available at the Food Pantry.

Breakfast and lunch is offered to all children 18 years of age or under. To receive the additional week of food at the Food Pantry, families must have school aged children.

Pre-registration is required to receive food from the Food Pantry and forms are due no later than June 10, 2016. Please click here to fill out and submit the registration form. A Case Manager will then contact you.

Participants in the park program need to pre-register through the Beverly Recreation Department.

No registration is needed to attend the High School.

This summer, over 283 individuals visited the Food Pantry for Summer Food and 8,469 pounds of food was distributed to them.
