Mobile Market


The Mobile Market is a free fresh farmers market that promotes better health and nutrition by providing eligible households with fresh fruits and vegetables.

Participants choose free, fresh produce, have access to nutrition education, SNAP information, chef demonstrations, food samplings and youth activities.

For members of Beverly Council on Aging:
Beverly Senior Center Craft Room
90 Colon Street, Beverly
10:30am - 12pm, every other Thursday, Jan 11 - Jun 28

For Students at North Shore Community College:
Outside Campus Center (or in cafeteria if adverse weather)
1 Ferncroft Road, Danvers
11am - 2pm, second Thursday of month, during academic year

Residents of the each housing complex are able to participate in the program at their designated site. All Beverly Housing Authority residents are able to participate in the market at the Sohier Road site.

At this time, first-time visitors may pre-register on-site. Once registered, visitors are able to come every week to select fresh produce.

This program is partially funded by the Beverly Housing Authority, The Doe Family Foundation, Beverly Hospital, a member of Lahey Health, and North Shore Community Health Network

In FY17, we served 776 individuals and 452 households through the Mobile Market program.
We distributed 42,482 pounds of fresh produce!
