MOBILE MARKET
The Mobile Market is a free fresh farmers market that promotes better health and nutrition by providing eligible households with fresh fruits and vegetables.
Participants choose free, fresh produce, have access to nutrition education, SNAP information, chef demonstrations, food samplings and youth activities.
Market Sites & Times
Site: Corner of Sohier Road & Herrick St (Story Ave Complex) When: Every Tuesday 5:00pm-6:00pm Starting: June 25th
Site: Kelleher Road & Essex Apartment Complex When: Every other Tuesday 3:00pm-4:00pm Starting: June 25th
Site: Cedar Apartment Complex When: Every other Tuesday 3:00pm-4:00pm Starting: July 2nd
Site: Apple Village When: Every Thursday 5:00pm-6:00pm Starting: July 11th
Eligibility
Residents of the each housing complex are able to participate in the program at their designated site. All Beverly Housing Authority residents are able to participate in the market at the Sohier Road site.
Register
At this time, first-time visitors may pre-register on-site. Once registered, visitors are able to come every week to select fresh produce.
