In addition to providing food and critical resources to those in need, Beverly Bootstraps advocates for public policies that effectively assist people in economic distress. We do this by engaging volunteers, concerned community members, local business partners and local, state and federally-elected lawmakers to give a voice to those in need.
There are many ways you can get involved.
Voice your opinion to your local legislators.
We need your stories to show the diverse face of individuals and families currently using our programs and/or those who have achieved self-sufficiency by using our programs and services. Your voice is powerful and it can make a difference.
If you're interested in telling your story, set up a time to speak with a staff member or email your testimonial to us. Stories will be used in various Beverly Bootstraps publications.
Keep current with information regarding our work in the community and help advocate for services and fundraisers by spreading the word to your friends.
